High degree of automation The intelligent design of the whole 11kv compact substation, the protection system adopts substation microcomputer integrated automation device, distributed installation, can realize “four remote”, that is, telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, remote adjustment, each unit has independent operation function, and the relay protection function is complete. It can remotely set the operating parameters, control the humidity and temperature in the box and remote smoke alarm to meet the requirements of unattended operation; remote monitoring of images can be realized as needed. 3.Factory prefabrication When designing, as long as the designer makes the main wiring diagram and the design of the equipment outside the box according to the actual requirements of the substation, the box specification and model provided by the manufacturer can be selected. All the equipment are installed and debugged at the factory once, and the substation is truly realized. Construction of the factory, shortening the design and manufacturing cycle; on-site installation only requires box positioning, a cable connection between boxes, cable connection, protection setting verification, transmission test and other work to be commissioned, the entire substation from installation to commissioning It takes only 5-8 days to shorten the construction period.
